Christian worked as a composer and musicologist before becoming the Head of Programme of House of Europe. For ten years he has been involved in transcultural and EU-related projects. In his spare time, Christian is passionate about bread-baking.

Iryna has over 20 years’ experience at the intersection of culture and international relations: from coordination of selection of educational programmes to working at German and Austrian embassies. The Carpathians and travelling are her inspiration.

Yuriy has experience in non-profit sector, in particular he coordinated a grant programme supporting Ukrainian cultural initiatives in Canada.

Olga has over 8 years of experience in the hospitality sphere. She is a big fan of investigating new countries and cultures and has spent over a year in Iran, where she took part in the organisation of English language courses for children.

Ilona manages projects for over ten years. She worked as the part of CCA Foundation team and coordinated EU-funded Culture2025 initiative.

Valerii studied linguistics and has a background as an interpreter of German language. He has been working for German institutions in Ukraine for many years, mainly in the field of capacity building, culture, and visa issues.

Vira has a varied work experience ranging from banking to clinical trials. She enjoys learning new things, traveling, cycling and socialising, and spends the free time with her son.

Kateryna has more than 10 years of experience in implementing cultural, social and educational projects. She has cooperated extensively with EU organizations.

For 10 years, Hanna has been managing cultural projects, and translating books and films. Currently, she co-ordinates the translation festival “Translatorium”, and manages the Litosvita’s translation project. She is into travelling and photography.

Mariia has 6 years of experience in implementation of the Eastern Partnership projects of the Goethe-Institut. Mariia is a huge fan of classical ballet.

Sofia graduated from the London School of Economics. Currently, she combines experience in business consulting with expertise in non-formal education. She is interested in social innovations and has her blog about social entrepreneurship.

Lina has over 10 years’ experience in art-management. She has worked in Ukraine’s top art institutions and visited several residencies: the Delfina Foundation, Liverpool Biennale, and Curatorial Agenda. In her free time, she works on curating projects.

Anton has over ten years of experience in non-formal education, international cooperation, and culture. He organised festivals and shooting of documentaries. He is fond of Greek dances and history.

Viktoria’s career started at the Goethe-Institut 7 years ago. She worked at the library, with the “Ukrainian-German Year of Languages” project’s team, and at the Language Department. Viktoria is passionate about automobiles and motorbikes.

Tetiana started her journey in cultural management 10 years ago in a festival team. She has travelled all over Ukraine organising interdisciplinary cultural projects. She cares deeply about the development of small towns and contemporary Ukrainian cinema.

Yulia has 6 years of experience in projects in the field of culture and contemporary art.

Oleksii's expertise are communications campaigns and strategies. He also loves to browse dance music and share records from his collection.

Maryna has a broad experience working in media, culture sphere and sustainable economic development assistance sector. She is incredibly passionate about learning of foreign languages.

Has more than four years of experience in copywriting and developing creative concepts, including works for educational projects and creative businesses. She is a huge fan of contemporary art and American literature.

Tetiana studied international relations at the university and has not betrayed the sphere ever since. Before joining the House of Europe, she worked at EUAM, EU Twinning project, and IFES. Tetiana is a huge fan of Swedish culture and history.

Having managed projects for more than 10 years, Volodymyr has substantial experience in the educational and research fields. When coordinating the German-Ukrainian Year of Languages 2017/2018, he was in charge of a broad scope of projects.

Anna joined the team of Goethe-Institut Ukraine in 2008. She has extensive experience in finance and is fluent in German, Italian, and English. She is a big fan of traveling in search of new places and experiences and is fond of photography.

Anastasia supported and controlled the international settlements of a large telecommunications company for 15 years. In her free time she likes to play board games.

Olena has many years of professional experience in finance. In recent years she has focused on working in international projects. She is interested in psychology and effective communication, as well as working with children.

Mariia has worked in the financial sphere for almost 30 years, for the last 12 in a large telecommunication company. She enjoys making things by hand: sewing, crafting home decorations, and baking tasty cakes.

Iryna has been working in the administration and financial Department at Goethe-Institut Ukraine since 2016. She was responsible for the financial control of the German-Ukrainian Year of Languages 2017/2018. She is always open to new experiences.

Anna has a media background. She was managing international projects, and communications of radio and TV broadcasters before joining the British Council. Anna enjoys music, travelling, and sports.

Anastasiia joined British Council Ukraine in 2016. She had been working at a Culture and Creativity Programme and since 2018 joined the British Council arts team. Anastasia enjoys snowboarding and hopes to catch her first wave on a surf soon.

Before joining House of Europe team, Julia worked as financial manager in commerce, oil, gas and cultural fields for over five years. She enjoys traveling, listening to music, attending concerts and reading historical and biographical books.

Before starting her career at the British Council, Vira had been managing educational projects and teaching foreign languages. She is responsible for programmes for social entrepreneurs and creative hubs managers. She enjoys singing and photographing.

Oleksandra has more than 8 years’ experience in programme management in youth, educational, and social spheres in the third sector. She has been working at The British Council since 2015. Oleksandra enjoys collecting vinyl records.

Arsen has worked in the non-profit sector since 2013. Besides managing the British Council’s society projects, he teaches Ukrainian MBA programmes. Whenever he has free time enjoys travelling to the mountains and playing basketball.

Having 20 years of relevant experience in Ukrainian and international companies, Yulia took the lead of the British Council’s marketing team two years ago. She enjoys a cup of Chinese tea while playing Go with friends.

Viktoriia has been working in culture as co-ordinator and grant and project manager for more than 6 years. She has been an initiator of a regional cultural network and aspires to create socially important projects. Viktoriia enjoys hiking.

For 13 years, Thomas has been fostering international cooperation and intercultural exchange, working on cultural and educational projects in France, India, and now in Ukraine. He loves travelling and reading.

Viktoria has had the opportunity to work on several projects with international organisations and European institutions, such as Doctors without Borders, AIDS Foundation East-West, and the French Embassy in Ukraine.

Mathieu has a broad experience in the media and education field. He is mainly involved in identity and cultural issues, both at university and as a traditional musician.

Before joining the Czech Centres, Kateryna was an Administration Department Manager at the Ukrainian Swimming Federation. She also worked as a legal assistant. Kateryna loves sports and claims that this hobby has taught her never to give up.
